Delivery
We aim to dispatch your item within two working days from reception of your order.
We want to keep delivery costs down to provide a competitive service –

Delivery to the UK - £4.50 with Evri tracked -
delivery within 3-5 days.
Delivery to Europe - £18 via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed -
delivery within 3-5 business days.
Delivery to the Rest of the World - £28 via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed -
delivery times may vary, usually 6-7 business days.
Returns
Sometimes things don’t fit and that’s okay - that’s why you have 14 days from your date of purchase to return your item if you are not satisfied. As each piece is unique we cannot do exchanges.
Just drop us an email at hello@clementineloves.com detailing your order number and reason for return, and we’ll provide you with our return address. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.
We will accept your return provided that the item is sent back in its original condition: not worn, no stains.
After checking the item, we will refund the cost of the item via your original payment method, minus the original postage cost. We endeavour to process your refund within 3 working days after us receiving the item back – please note the refund can sometimes take longer to appear on bank records.
